Valentina La Macchia

Founder of VLM LICENSING & CONSULTING

A passionate licensing executive with a proven track record in entertainment, brand licensing and consumer products. With expertise in identifying, developing and executing plans for brand IPs through multi-platform strategies including: television, digital, licensed consumer products and retail.

Up until the opening of VLM in 2022, Valentina served as Consumer Products Director for Mondo TV heading up the licensing division of the company, driving in-house and third-party IPs to become successful brands through strategic planning and implementation. Previous experiences include at DeAPlaneta Kids & Family (former Planeta Junior) and Rainbow (Winx Club).

The greatest mantra to succeed;

exploring ideas that are creative and unique is the key to promoting the core property and for a solid licensing program. Throughout all collaborations VLM LICENSING & CONSULTING is focused on the objective and the dynamic path that is formed to achieve it.
